Tony Tralongo aka COCOON has been creating music since the beginning of the 1980’s when he started producing progressive musical pieces comprising vox/pop hymns and floaty atmospheric ideas. Cocoon eventually resurfaced years later as a new multi-instrumentalist with application to film as a visual component for the movement of his musical visions. Releasing Soundtrack for short film, parts one and two, these electronic insights sees the artist question his own understanding of the musical world and the reality of influences and their natural order. The Roland guitar synthesizer features prominently as his signature instrument. In the last few years, Cocoon has gone completely retro. His latest album, titled ‘Spaceship Cocoon’ is a tribute to Krautrock.
